They even allowed me to keep my room for a few extra hours, which was greatly appreciated. The hotel also had all the necessary facilities, including a TV, phone, kettle, and fridge, making it feel like a home away from home. The beds were large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Additionally, the food offered at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety to choose from at every meal.

This hotel offers a beautiful location, with breathtaking views of the backwaters and beaches nearby. the rooms are comfortable, and some come with a private pool. the restaurant serves delicious food, specially the buffet spread. the staff is friendly and polite, and provides excellent service in all areas including breakfast and omelette counter. Some facilities like boating and spa are also available.

Some rooms have outdated and difficult-to-operate shower fittings.

The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, allowing me to stay a little longer for a small fee and providing excellent service. I also loved the ride into the beautiful backwaters, and the private boat ride to a secluded beach was a highlight. The food, although slightly expensive, was great and featured a wide variety of dishes. Additionally, the room had all the necessary amenities, such as a TV, phone, kettle.

Amazing location with beautiful backwaters and close proximity to the beach. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help. The food was delicious and offered a variety of local and regional cuisine. The rooms were well maintained and comfortable.

The WiFi signal was weak in the rooms and there were no complementary fun games available. Some of the food quality needs improvement.
